Betzaida's Blessed Cakes & Catering was born to an enterprising and dreamy mother who loved making cakes and desserts for her family. During 2013, for her daughter's first birthday celebration, her artistic mind designed what she wanted the birthday cake to look like. After an extensive search, she finally found someone who could create her special request. When the day of the party arrived and Betzaida received her daughter's first birthday cake, she instantly saw herself reflected in it. That's when she said to herself, "I can do this too." Then she began her preparation to start her own business. She began to navigate the world of artistic pastry, taking classes with renowned pastry chefs such as: Duffman Goldman, Buddy Valastro, sisters Katherine Kallinis Berman and Sophie Kallinis, Sidney Galpern, Nicholas Lodge, Ronald Winbeckler, Paul Bradford and others. She has also taken online courses and participated in renowned exhibitions and events such as: IBIE in Las Vegas Nevada, CakeFlix and more. After that, Betzaida has also offered classes and helped the development of other artistic pastry chefs. Sweet Hispanic and American Gastronomy including decoration ideas merge in a blessed way at Betzaida's Blessed Cakes & Catering.

As a spiritual person, Betzaida considers that the art of creating, designing, combining techniques and flavors, communicating, interpreting and bringing joy to people in her events, courses, tutorials and celebrations is a great blessing. Betzaida's Blessed Cakes & Catering would not have become a reality without her 11 years of experience in cake decorating and catering production. Much less would be possible without the creative abilities that God has given to Betzaida as a tremendous blessing that now extends to you.
